The handle is the core control component of the S20JW electric stacker. Its operating state directly affects the operation efficiency and safety. If there is an operation failure, it needs to be investigated and dealt with in time.
Common handle operation failure performance
In daily operations, the possible failures of the handle mainly include: complete non-response, failure of a single function button, action command card, false triggering, etc. These problems are mostly related to abnormal power supply, wiring, or functional modules.
Power and power supply status check
First confirm whether the main power supply of the stacker is turned on normally and whether the remaining battery power is sufficient to avoid the handle failing to work due to insufficient power. Then check the power interface between the handle and the body to see if it is loose, falling off or oxidized. If there is oxidation, wipe it with a dry cloth and re-plug it to ensure that the connection is firm.
Handle line integrity check
Carefully disassemble the handle housing (taking care to avoid damage to internal components), and check whether the internal wiring is broken, worn or virtually connected, especially the wiring in the bent part of the handle, which is easily damaged due to frequent activities. If the wiring is found to be damaged, wrap it in insulating tape. If the damage is serious, replace the corresponding wiring.
Operation function module test item by item
Test the function buttons of the handle up, down, forward, and backward in turn to observe whether the corresponding action of the stacker is normal. If a single button fails, check whether the touchpoint inside the button has dust accumulation or wear, and test again after cleaning with a clean brush. If the fault is still not solved, it may be a functional module problem and needs to be further checked or replaced.
System reset and subsequent processing
Some handles have a reset button. You can try to press to restart the handle control system to check whether the failure is caused by the temporary card of the system. If the above steps still cannot be solved, it is recommended to contact professional technicians for in-depth inspection and maintenance to avoid secondary damage caused by self-disassembly.
Daily maintenance tips
It is necessary to regularly clean the handle surface and interface dust to avoid liquid entering the interior, and to reduce excessive bending or pulling of the handle to protect the integrity of the circuit and components.
