Operators should select the appropriate general purpose lithium-based grease, apply it evenly on the contact surface, and wipe off the excess grease after application to avoid adhesion of dust and sundries that may cause extra friction.
Second, for the walking transmission components including drive wheel bearings, steering knuckle rotating shafts and foot brake connecting rods, the lubrication cycle can be set to once every 200 working hours. Before the formal operation, users need to clean the original residual grease and accumulated sundries around the lubrication point, then fill in new lubricating grease until a small amount of clean grease overflows at the gap.
Third, for the auxiliary moving components of cab operation mechanism, including direction adjusting rotating shaft, hand brake connecting hinge and accelerator movable joint, the lubrication can be done once every 300 working hours, which can guarantee the operation sensitivity of all control structures.
