They also need to confirm the tension of the lifting chain is uniform on both sides, no loose on single side, and the height limit device can trigger sensitively to stop the lifting process at the preset position.
Third, the periodic deep maintenance check part. It is recommended to arrange professional maintenance personnel to carry out full deep inspection according to the specified service cycle. The inspection items include confirming all fastening bolts of the mast are tightened to the standard torque, no aging bulge or liquid leakage on the matching hydraulic pipelines, and all lubrication points are filled with enough special lubricating grease.
