作为长期深耕电动仓储搬运设备领域的从业者,日常接触最多的就是不同吨位的锂电叉车使用维护需求,其中2吨车型适用场景广,是很多中小型仓储制造企业的主力设备,做好其年度维护对保障作业效率、降低故障率、控制全生命周期成本较为重要。年度维护一般建议在车辆累计作业2000小时或使用满12个月时开展,需结合日常保养情况确定优先检查项。

年度维护的核心在于系统性的检查与必要的配件更换,具体可分为外观与车身附属件、电池系统、动力与传动系统、行走与转向系统、液压与制动系统五大类。外观与车身附属件的检查主要是为了消除表面安全隐患,维持车辆整洁规范。首先需全面清理车身内外的灰尘油污,尤其是电池仓门、座椅下方、液压油管接头等死角,避免油污腐蚀加速老化,灰尘影响散热或遮挡关键部件标识。检查车身外壳是否有变形、开裂、脱漆等情况,若有脱漆面积较大需及时做防腐防锈处理,若变形影响门架、座椅等关键部位操作需调整修复。附属件方面,重点检查后视镜、转向灯、制动灯、警示灯、喇叭、操作手柄、座椅安全带、方向盘是否正常有效,如有松动、损坏、失效需及时更换或紧固。

电池系统是2吨锂电叉车的核心动力源,也是年度维护成本占比较高的部分,需由具备资质的专业人员操作。首先清理电池表面及连接端子的灰尘、氧化物,检查连接端子的紧固程度,若有松动需按标准扭矩拧紧,若氧化严重可用专用中性清洁剂处理后涂抹防氧化脂。然后使用专业检测设备对电池组的单体电压、整体容量、电池管理系统进行全面检测,查看是否有单体电压偏差过大、容量衰减、通信异常等问题。若单体电压偏差较小可做均衡处理,容量衰减在合理范围内无需更换,若偏差大、容量低至额定容量的七成左右、硬件故障则需考虑更换对应部件,具体方案需结合检测报告确定。
