When installing new accessories, align the installation positioning holes, and tighten the fixing bolts according to the specified torque to ensure that the accessories are firmly installed. Then reconnect the cable according to the mark to check whether the cable interface is plugged in tightly and not loose.
After completing the replacement of accessories, it is necessary to carry out debugging and verification work. Restore the power supply of the equipment, lift the emergency stop state, start the equipment to enter the test mode, observe the running status of the AGV, and focus on testing the functions corresponding to the replacement accessories, such as whether the sensor can accurately identify the position of the tray, whether the drive accessories drive the equipment to move smoothly, etc. If the equipment has abnormal errors or functional failures, it is necessary to check the power failure in time, check whether the accessories are installed in place, and whether the cable connection is correct, until the functions of the equipment return to normal.
Finally, do a good job of finishing the work, organize and locate the maintenance tools, clean up the equipment and surrounding maintenance debris, and record the detailed information of this maintenance, including the model of the replacement parts, the replacement time, the cause of the failure, etc., to form a complete maintenance record, which is convenient for subsequent equipment maintenance traceability and performance analysis. The use of original parts throughout the process can maximize the compatibility and operation stability of the equipment, and avoid secondary failures caused by mismatched parts.
