In the logistics and warehousing operation scenario, the battery life of the electric stacker directly affects the operation efficiency, and many practitioners are concerned about the continuous operation time after a single charge. In order to provide you with a real reference, we carried out a continuous operation time measurement for the GX15 stacker.
Preparation before the actual test
In this test, a conventional indoor storage environment was selected, and the ambient temperature was controlled at about 25 ° C, which is a more common environmental condition in warehousing operations. The load was set to 70% of the rated load, which fits the weight range of most goods in daily operations. Before the test, the stacker battery was fully charged to 100%, and the battery was confirmed to be in a healthy state. At the same time, the operation mode was adjusted to the standard mode to restore the daily operation habits of most users.
Simulate the actual measurement process of a real job
From the time the charging is completed and the power is disconnected, the whole process simulates the typical process of warehousing operations: fork the pallet goods, carry them horizontally to the designated area, stack the goods to a height of 3 meters, return to the pickup point after unloading the goods, and repeat this cycle operation. During the actual measurement process, the operation rhythm is not deliberately slowed down, nor the load is reduced, and the real operation intensity is restored as much as possible. During the period, pay attention to the power display in real time, stop the operation when the power is remaining at 10%, and record the total operation time.
Measured results and analysis
After a complete test process, the continuous operation time of the GX15 stacker after a single charge is about 7.5 hours, and nearly 300 cargo handling cycles have been completed. It should be noted that this time is not a fixed value and will be affected by many factors: if the load reaches the rated load and the ambient temperature is lower than 10 ° C during operation, the battery life may be slightly shortened; and when the light load operation and the ambient temperature are suitable, the battery life can be appropriately extended. In addition, a smooth operation mode can also reduce power consumption and improve battery life.
Battery life optimization tips
When using a stacker on a daily basis, the battery life can be optimized through some details: try to operate in a temperature-appropriate environment to avoid long-term exposure to extreme temperatures; arrange operations reasonably according to the weight of the goods to avoid long-term full-load operation; regularly check and maintain the battery to ensure stable battery performance; maintain smooth operation, reduce frequent acceleration and emergency stops, and reduce unnecessary power consumption.
