关键配件防寒更换要点

电池组件防寒更换

低温环境会加速锂电芯的容量衰减,更换电池组件时,需选用适配低温工况的电芯产品。操作前需断开叉车电源,将待更换组件转移至常温过渡区域放置1-2小时,避免低温组件直接接触常温空气产生凝露,更换完成后需重新校准电池管理系统,确保适配低温运行参数。

液压系统配件更换

低温会使液压油粘度升高,密封件易因脆化出现泄漏问题。更换密封件时,要选用耐寒耐低温的材质产品,同时检查液压油管的老化程度,若出现裂纹需同步更换。更换后需排空液压系统内的空气,避免低温下出现气阻影响作业。
