In the daily operation of large-scale e-commerce warehouses, stacking operations are the core link connecting the storage and turnover of goods, and have high requirements for the stability, efficiency and adaptability of equipment. Recently, in the stacking operation scene of a large-scale e-commerce warehousing park, we actually used BYD AF2000 electric forklift, accumulating some practical experience.
From the perspective of operation efficiency, the lifting and descending speed of this electric forklift can better match the height requirements of storage shelves. When handling conventional pallet goods, it can smoothly complete the stacking action from the ground to the high shelf, and the operation process is coherent, reducing the waiting time for cargo handling. At the same time, the steering sensitivity of the forklift is moderate. When turning and steering in the storage channel, it can accurately control the driving track, adapt to the working environment of dense shelf layout in large warehouses, and reduce the probability of scratching shelves or goods.
In terms of battery life performance, according to the daily two-shift operation intensity of warehousing, it can basically cover the operation requirements of a complete shift after a single charge, without the need to replenish energy halfway, reducing the impact of equipment shutdown on the operation rhythm. In terms of energy consumption control, according to the statistics of operation data, its energy consumption difference between no-load and full-load state is reasonable, which is in line with the use scenario of frequent load changes in warehousing operations.
Operational comfort is also a point of concern. The operating handle of the forklift is designed to fit the hand movements, and it is not easy to produce obvious fatigue during long-term operation; the shock absorption effect of the seat can relieve the bumps in the driving and improve the operator's experience. In addition, the blind spot of the forklift is small, and the operator can clearly observe the docking position of the goods and the shelf when stacking high-level goods, which further enhances the safety of the operation.
Overall, the BYD AF2000 electric forklift can better meet the needs of efficiency, battery life and operation in the e-commerce large-scale warehouse stacking operation scene, adapt to the rhythm of high-frequency and high-load warehousing operations, and provide stable equipment support for warehousing operations.
