日常安全技术检查要点

作业前需按要求开展日常安全技术检查。首先是轮胎与车身部分,三个轮胎都要检查,查看前轮承重轮的磨损情况是否超出合理范围,后轮转向轮是否灵活转动且无异常卡滞,轮胎胎压是否保持在推荐值附近;检查车身框架、座椅及周边防护装置是否存在松动、变形或损坏,座椅安全带的扣具、锁止功能是否正常有效。其次是操纵与制动部分,踩下刹车踏板感受行程是否适中,轻踩或重踩时是否能提供稳定的制动力;转动方向盘检查转向是否精准,转向后是否能自动回正至中间位置;检查货叉、货叉架、链条及链轮是否存在裂纹、变形、松旷或过度磨损的情况,货叉的定位销是否安装牢固。最后是电气与电池部分,打开电源开关前先检查电池箱体是否有鼓包、破损现象,电池的连接接口是否清洁干燥无锈蚀;确认车辆的照明、转向灯、警示喇叭等信号装置是否齐全且功能正常。

开机与作业中的核心规范

完成检查后,方可按正确步骤开机启动车辆。启动前需确保驾驶座无人外倚靠,座椅安全带已正确佩戴,货叉降至最低位置且货叉架前倾至安全角度,手刹已拉起。启动时需先打开总电源开关,再按下启动按钮,等待系统自检完成,确认仪表盘无异常报警信号。作业行驶过程中,要注意控制车速,在开阔平坦的通道内行驶速度不宜过快,在窄通道、转弯处、斜坡或人员密集区域需提前减速,必要时停车确认安全后再通行;行驶时要保持注意力集中,观察前方、后方及两侧的情况,合理使用后视镜,避免急刹车、急加速或急转弯;严禁载人行驶,货叉上或车辆周围均不得站人,货物的重量不得超过车辆的额定载重量,货物的重心需落在两前轮的连线附近,放置要平稳牢固。

充电的安全注意事项

作业结束后,需将车辆停放在指定的、通风良好的充电区域,拉起手刹,降下货叉,关闭所有用电设备,最后断开总电源开关。充电时需使用配套的充电设备,不得随意更换非原装或不符合要求的充电装置;充电区域内严禁堆放易燃易爆物品,严禁吸烟或使用明火;充电过程中不要随意插拔充电接口,如遇异常情况需立即断开充电设备的电源。
