高货架立体库的存储高度普遍在6至10米区间,本次实测的货架最高层为8米。实测过程中,该叉车的最大起升高度可稳定达到8.5米,能够轻松完成最高层货物的存取作业。同时,其前移式叉臂的设计,在货架间距较窄的区域,无需叉车整体深入货架,仅需伸出叉臂即可完成取货,有效减少了对通道宽度的要求,适配多数立体库的窄通道布局。

操作灵活性测试

立体库内通道狭窄,叉车的转向灵活性直接影响作业效率。实测中,该叉车的最小转向半径约为1.5米,在宽度仅3米的通道内,可顺利完成原地转向、掉头等动作,无需反复调整位置。此外,操控手柄采用集成化设计,可同步控制叉臂伸缩、起升下降等动作,操作人员上手较快,在连续作业中能保持较高的操作流畅度。

负载稳定性表现

负载状态下的稳定性是高货架作业的关键指标。本次测试采用2吨标准负载,当叉臂满载起升至8米高度时,叉车整体晃动幅度较小,未出现明显倾斜情况。在制动测试中,满载状态下从行驶到停止的距离较短,制动响应及时,能有效避免货物掉落风险。同时,叉车的防滑设计在库内光滑地面作业时,也能保持良好的抓地力。

能耗与续航实测

针对多班制作业需求,我们测试了该叉车的能耗表现。在连续8小时的作业状态下,叉车电量消耗约为总电量的65%,剩余电量可支持约4小时的轻载作业,满足多数企业的单日作业需求。此外,其快充模式下,1小时可补充约50%电量,能快速恢复作业能力,适配紧急补货等场景。
