In the daily maintenance and repair of the stacker, the disassembly and assembly of the operating switch handle and the replacement of accessories are relatively common operations. Standardizing the relevant procedures can effectively ensure the control performance and operation safety of the equipment.
The first is the preparation before disassembly and assembly. Before operation, disconnect the main power switch of the stacker to cut off the power supply to avoid the risk of electric shock during disassembly and assembly. At the same time, prepare suitable special tools, such as hexagonal wrenches, cross screwdrivers, plastic crowbars, etc., to avoid damage to parts caused by the use of inappropriate tools. In addition, it is necessary to clean up the debris in the operation area to ensure that the operation space is clean and tidy to prevent debris from falling into the inside of the equipment and affecting subsequent operation.
Next is the disassembly and assembly process of manipulating the switch handle. First use a plastic crowbar to gently pry the buckle position of the handle shell, paying attention to moderate force to avoid prying damage to the shell or internal structure, and slowly remove it after the shell is loose. Then find the wiring plugs inside the handle, mark the wiring positions of each plug and the corresponding interfaces to prevent the wrong wiring during subsequent installation. After the marking is completed, gently unplug the plug, and then use an inner hexagonal wrench to remove the handle fixing screw and remove the old handle from the mounting seat. During the process, pay attention to handle it with care to avoid collision damage to the surrounding parts.
There are many points to pay attention to in the replacement of accessories. First of all, choose the control switch handle accessories that are suitable for the original parts, check the model, size and electrical parameters of the accessories, and ensure that they match the equipment to avoid control failures due to adaptation problems. When installing a new handle, first align the handle with the fixed hole of the mounting seat, tighten the fixing screw, and ensure that the handle is firmly installed without loosening. Then check the wiring position marked before, insert the line plug accurately into the corresponding interface, confirm that the plug is connected in place, and then reinstall the handle shell, and press the buckle to make it firmly closed.
Finally, the test link after disassembly, assembly and replacement. Restore the power supply of the stacking truck, test the various functions of the operation switch handle, including whether the control commands such as rising, falling, and walking back and forth can be transmitted normally, and whether the equipment responds smoothly in a timely manner. If abnormal operation is found, it is necessary to check the line connection or handle installation after power failure in time, check the problem and adjust it. In daily use, it is also necessary to regularly check the wear state of the handle. If there is a button card, operation failure, etc., disassembly, maintenance or replacement of accessories should be carried out in time to ensure the stable operation of the stacking truck.
