电动叉车凭借零排放、低噪音的特点,在仓储、物流等场景的应用越来越广泛,锂电池作为其核心动力源,正确的充电方式是保障运行效率与使用寿命的关键。

日常适宜使用慢充的场景,是车辆完成当日或多段连续作业后,有充足闲置时间的情况。慢充的电流较小,能更均匀地完成电池内部的化学反应,减少电池损耗,是日常充电的首选方式。操作慢充时,首先要确认充电环境,应选择通风良好、无积水、无易燃易爆物品的室内或半室内区域,环境温度控制在0至40摄氏度之间,温度过低或过高时,可适当调整充电计划,比如冬季低温可先将车辆移至适宜环境静置一段时间再开始。充电前要先关闭车辆总电源,确保车辆处于完全断电状态,再按顺序连接充电装置,先插车辆端的充电接口,再插电源端的插座,充满后系统会自动停止充电,此时建议等待10分钟左右再按相反顺序拔下接口,避免瞬间电流对设备造成影响。日常使用中建议尽量保持浅充浅放的习惯,电量剩余在15%至85%之间时就可以安排慢充,尽量避免电量完全耗尽再充电。

应急补能的场景则适合使用快充,比如当日作业量突增,车辆电量不足但无法长时间闲置时。快充的电流较大,能在短时间内补充大部分电量,但长期频繁使用会对电池内部结构造成一定的加速损耗,因此建议仅作为临时应急手段,不要替代日常慢充。操作快充时,同样要先确认环境和车辆断电状态,连接顺序与慢充一致,快充一般补能至80%左右即可满足继续作业的需求,补能结束后也要先拔电源端再拔车辆端。

无论使用快充还是慢充,都要定期检查充电接口和充电线的状态,确保接口无氧化、无灰尘,充电线无破损、无变形,发现问题及时处理,避免安全隐患。
