In the field of industrial logistics, the long-term use cost of forklifts has become one of the core factors for enterprise selection. Compared with traditional power forklifts, lithium-ion forklifts have gradually attracted attention due to their energy-saving and low-maintenance characteristics. This paper combines the measured data of AF series lithium-ion forklifts to compare their long-term use costs from multiple dimensions.
The first is the measured energy consumption cost. Under normal storage operation conditions, the AF series lithium battery forklift operates continuously for 8 hours a day, and the measured power consumption is about 12 kWh. According to the average industrial electricity price of 0.8 yuan/kWh, the average daily energy consumption cost is about 9.6 yuan. If the average monthly operation is 26 days, the monthly energy consumption cost is about 249.6 yuan. Electricity prices are relatively stable and less affected by market fluctuations, which makes the energy consumption cost of lithium battery forklifts more controllable.
The second is the maintenance cost comparison. The measured data shows that the AF series lithium forklift does not need to regularly replace the electrolyte, adjust the plate and other conventional maintenance items of traditional power forklifts. It only needs to carry out battery status inspection and basic maintenance of the whole machine every six months, and the annual maintenance number is only 2 times. Calculated at a single maintenance cost of 300 yuan, the annual maintenance cost is about 600 yuan. Over time, the cost savings of lithium forklifts in maintenance are considerable, and the efficiency loss caused by maintenance downtime is also reduced.
Finally, the life cycle cost analysis. Through actual measurement, the battery cycle times of the AF series lithium battery forklift can reach more than 3,000 times, and the normal service life is about 5-6 years. The battery life is basically synchronized with the life of the whole machine, and there is no need to replace the battery halfway. The equipment purchase cost is allocated to the entire service cycle, combined with energy consumption and maintenance costs, and the average annual comprehensive cost is much lower than that of traditional power forklifts.
Overall, AF series lithium-ion forklifts can continuously reduce logistics operating costs for enterprises through multiple cost advantages in energy consumption, maintenance, and life cycle during long-term use, and are suitable for industrial scenarios with long-term stable operation requirements.
