充电区域基础环境要求

区域选址与布局

环境防护设施配置

充电区域必须配备防爆型通风系统,保证空气流通,及时排出充电过程中产生的可燃气体,防止积聚引发危险。同时需安装防爆照明设备,确保夜间或光线不足时操作视野清晰;区域内要按规定放置适用于锂电火灾的消防器材,如干粉灭火器、灭火毯等,并定期检查有效性。

充电操作规范流程

充电前准备工作

操作人员需先检查防爆锂电叉车的电池外观,确认无破损、漏液等异常情况,同时检查充电器的线路、接口是否完好,无松动或破损。进入充电区域前,需关闭叉车电源,拉起驻车制动,确保叉车处于稳定状态。

充电过程管控

充电区域定期排查
