我们工厂的货物主要是建材和包装好的五金件,需要在多个厂房、仓库和户外临时堆放点之间转运,之前用的传统燃油叉车和普通铅酸座驾叉车,碰到梅雨季或者突发阵雨都很麻烦。今年换了一台防水座驾锂电叉车,用了大半年,有不少真实的感受可以分享。

操控感方面也有明显的提升。座驾的空间比之前的铅酸叉车稍微宽敞一点,座椅可以根据身高调节,靠背也有支撑,一天坐下来腰和脖子不会太酸。方向盘比较轻,转向灵活,在狭窄的厂区通道和临时堆放点之间掉头、拐弯都很方便。油门和刹车的响应也很线性,装卸货物的时候能很好地控制速度,不会出现货物晃动的情况。仪表盘是液晶显示的,能清楚看到电量、行驶速度和工作时间,很直观。

日常维护也比之前简单很多。燃油叉车需要定期更换机油、机滤,检查火花塞,维护成本高,而且有油污污染。铅酸叉车需要定期加水、检查电解液密度,维护起来比较麻烦。这台防水座驾锂电叉车日常只需要检查轮胎气压、清洁车身和电池散热口,不需要复杂的维护操作,节省了不少时间和成本。
