作业前准备工作

车辆状态检查

作业前需对前移式防爆锂电叉车进行全面检查,重点确认防爆部件密封性良好,无破损或松动;锂电电池电量充足,无漏液、鼓包现象;制动系统、转向系统响应灵敏,货叉无变形、裂纹,叉齿间距调整适配货物尺寸。同时检查灯光、警示装置是否正常工作,确保车辆处于合规作业状态。

作业环境排查

提前确认作业区域的通道宽度满足叉车通行要求,高位货架结构稳固,无倾斜、松动迹象;作业区域照明充足,地面无积水、杂物,避免影响叉车行驶稳定性。若涉及易燃易爆环境,需确认区域内无火源、易燃易爆物品泄露情况,符合防爆作业条件。

人员资质确认

操作人员需持有相应的特种设备作业资格证,熟悉前移式防爆锂电叉车的操作特性及防爆作业规范。作业前需穿戴好防静电工作服、防滑鞋等防护用品,严禁携带火种进入作业区域。

高位货物搬运实操步骤

驶近待运货物

调整叉车行驶速度,平稳驶近待运货物,保持叉车与货物的距离适中,确保货叉能顺利插入货物底部。行驶过程中注意观察周围环境,避让其他人员及障碍物。

叉取货物

缓慢提升货叉,使叉齿插入货物底部合适位置,确保货物重心与叉车叉架中心重合。确认货叉完全承载货物后,平稳提升货叉至离地面约10-20厘米高度,检查货物是否稳固,无倾斜、掉落风险。

高位提升与搬运

缓慢操作提升装置,将货物提升至目标货架的对应高度,提升过程中控制速度,避免货物晃动。到达指定高度后,调整叉车位置,使货物对准货架存放位,平稳前移货叉,将货物放置到货架上。

落货与复位

确认货物放置稳固后,缓慢降低货叉,使货叉与货物分离。随后将货叉复位至最低位置,平稳驶离货架区域,完成一次高位货物搬运作业。

作业安全注意事项

速度控制

在高位搬运过程中,叉车行驶速度需严格控制,严禁快速起步、刹车或转向,避免货物因惯性掉落或叉车失稳。

盲区规避
