首先得先明确前移式锂电叉车作为仓储搬运核心设备,安全规范和防护非常重要。先检查车况,每次作业前得绕车一周,检查车轮胎压车身外观,门架链条螺栓有无松动,操纵杆按钮指示灯是否正常,制动转向是否灵敏,还要重点看锂电电池仓和充电接口,电池仓是否整洁干燥,接口有没有氧化破损,电量表显示是否充足,电量不足严禁作业。然后是人员防护,操作人员必须经过专业培训考核合格持证上岗,作业时要穿防滑耐磨的工服工鞋,戴安全帽,长发必须盘入帽内,不能穿拖鞋高跟鞋,不能戴围巾手套过长,必要时可以戴防护眼镜。接下来是操作规范,起步前要鸣笛示警,确认周围无人员障碍物,尤其是门架前方和侧面盲区,启动时要缓慢平稳,门架要后倾适当高度保持稳定,行驶时要靠右行驶,与前方车辆人员保持至少2米的安全距离,转弯时要提前减速鸣笛,不能急转急刹,不能超载超宽超高作业,货物重心要落在承载面中心,不能用单叉尖挑货,不能用门架冲击货物,上下坡时要注意货物方向,上坡前行下坡后退,坡度不能超过设备允许的最大坡度,作业时不能载人,不能在坡道上停车,停车时要拉手刹,把货物放低,门架后倾,关闭电源拔下钥匙。还有充电防护,充电要在指定的通风干燥的专用充电区域,不能在易燃易爆物品旁边充电,充电前要先关闭车辆电源,拔下充电接口前要先关闭充电桩电源,不能在充电时作业或检查车辆,不能用水直接冲洗电池仓和充电接口,充电区域要配备消防器材。最后是应急处理,作业中如果出现故障要立即停车关闭电源,放置警示标识,联系专业维修人员,不能私自拆卸维修,如果发生火灾要使用干粉灭火器或二氧化碳灭火器,不能用水灭火。

首先要做好作业前的车况检查。每次启动设备前,需绕车一周检查,查看车身外观有无明显碰撞痕迹,车轮胎压是否正常,门架、链条、连接螺栓等关键部件有无松动或磨损情况,操纵杆、按钮、指示灯是否能正常响应或显示清晰,重点检查制动系统与转向系统的灵敏性,确保操作无卡顿。同时要关注锂电相关部件,检查电池仓是否整洁干燥无杂物,充电接口有无氧化、破损或污渍,电量表显示是否满足作业需求,电量不足时严禁强行作业。

其次是作业人员的基本防护要求。操作人员必须经过专业的设备操作培训,考核合格并取得相应的有效证件后方可上岗。作业时需穿戴防滑耐磨的工服工鞋,佩戴符合安全标准的安全帽,长发必须完全盘入帽内,禁止穿拖鞋、高跟鞋或赤脚作业,避免佩戴过长手套或围巾等易卷入设备的物品,若作业环境存在粉尘或飞溅物风险,还需佩戴相应的防护眼镜或面罩。

接下来是作业过程中的核心操作规范。起步前必须鸣笛示警,充分观察门架前方、侧面以及后视镜覆盖范围,确认无人员或障碍物后再缓慢平稳启动,启动时要将门架后倾至适当角度,货叉降至离地面十到十五厘米的高度,保持车辆行驶的稳定性。行驶时需靠通道右侧通行,与前方车辆或人员保持至少两米的安全距离,转弯、经过交叉口或视线受阻区域时,要提前减速并多次鸣笛,严禁急转急刹或高速行驶。严禁超载、超宽、超高作业,货物的重心要尽量落在承载面的中心位置,禁止用单叉尖挑货或用门架直接冲击货物,避免货物掉落或设备损坏。上下坡道时要注意调整货物朝向,上坡时货物在前、下坡时货物在后,行驶坡度不能超过设备允许的最大坡度,严禁在坡道上停车或作业。作业过程中严禁载人,临时停车时要拉好手刹,将货物放低至地面,门架后倾至最小位置,关闭设备电源并拔下钥匙,妥善放置。

还要注意锂电充电的安全防护。充电需在指定的通风、干燥、远离易燃易爆物品的专用充电区域进行,充电前要先关闭车辆电源,拔下充电接口前要先关闭充电桩电源,充电过程中严禁作业、检查或维修车辆,不能用水直接冲洗电池仓或充电接口,专用充电区域需按要求配备合适的消防器材。

最后要掌握简单的应急处理方法。作业中若出现设备故障,需立即停车关闭电源,在车辆前后放置警示标识,联系专业维修人员处理,严禁私自拆卸维修。若发生火灾,要使用干粉灭火器或二氧化碳灭火器扑救,严禁用水灭火。
