When brand new electric forklifts arrive at your operation site, completing standardized site acceptance test is the essential precondition to confirm the device matches all order requirements and avoid potential hidden risks in subsequent daily usage. As Tree Sharp New Energy, we specialize in BYD electric forklift supply and supporting services, we provide professional full-process acceptance guidance for all our clients, you can send related consultation emails to 17399989919@163.com for further support.
The first step of the test is pre-document verification. You need to check all attached delivery documents, including product qualification certificate, official operation manual, warranty statement and other supporting materials, confirm the device serial number, rated load parameter, factory mark on the forklift body are fully consistent with the content written in your purchase order, make sure no necessary document or attached accessory is missed during delivery.

The second step is static appearance and component check. Walk around the whole forklift to inspect the full exterior condition, confirm there is no collision deformation, obvious scratch or structure damage caused by improper transportation. Then check each visible component one by one, confirm the tire condition is intact, the operator seat is fixed firmly, the control levers have proper rebound flexibility, and the emergency power off button has sensitive press response, no abnormal missing or damage is found on any static part.
The third step is power system energization verification. Connect the forklift with matched charging device that meets the specification requirement, check the battery level display and charging port compatibility. Start the device to observe all indicator lights on the dashboard, make sure all status displays are normal and no error alarm message pops up, confirm the initial running state of power system meets the factory setting standard.
The fourth step is no-load function trial operation. Conduct the test in flat and open designated operation area, operate the forklift to finish full process operations including moving forward, moving backward, steering and braking, then test the lifting and lowering action of the lifting cylinder, and the forward and backward tilting adjustment of the mast. Observe the whole operation process to make sure no stuck, abnormal noise or offset situation appears, confirm all operation functions can respond correctly under no-load status.
The fifth step is loaded performance check. Place test weights that equal to the device’s rated load, repeat all the operation processes including driving, lifting and braking as mentioned above. Verify the power output stays stable under loaded status, the braking distance meets safety standard, no stuck or slipping situation appears during the whole lifting process.
When all test items pass the verification, both parties can sign the acceptance confirmation document to finish the whole delivery process. If you find abnormal situation at any test step, you can contact our after-sales team in time for follow-up handling.
