The proper transportation and commissioning process of new electric forklift units lays a solid foundation for the long-term stable operation of equipment, and standardized operation can effectively avoid unnecessary wear of core components in the early stage of use.
In the transportation link, first of all, full protection measures should be taken for the equipment before loading. The exposed vulnerable parts such as the operation handle, instrument panel and lifting mast are wrapped with shockproof buffer materials, and the whole vehicle is firmly fixed on the transport flat plate with high-strength fastening belts, so as to avoid displacement and collision during driving. The electric control assembly and battery compartment shall be covered with waterproof shielding materials to prevent the components from getting damp due to precipitation during transportation. When loading and unloading, use hoisting or forking equipment that meets the load-bearing requirements, apply force to the pre-set stress points of the vehicle body, and do not directly pry the weak positions of the overhead guard or mast to avoid structural deformation.
After the new equipment arrives at the site, the preliminary inspection shall be carried out before commissioning. First remove the outer packaging, comprehensively check whether there are paint peeling and deformation marks on the outer surface of the whole vehicle caused by transportation, check the integrity of supporting tools, charging equipment and relevant use documents one by one against the supporting list, and check whether there are loose and damp traces at the battery connection port at the same time, to confirm that all exposed interfaces are dry and clean.
In the formal commissioning stage, park the equipment on a flat and open hard site, pull up the parking brake first, confirm that the remaining battery power meets the starting requirements, complete the first full charge after connecting the charging device, then test the flexibility of the steering system, the response sensitivity of the braking system, and the smooth operation of the mast lifting and tilting. Run the equipment without load for about 30 minutes to record the operation state parameters, and after confirming that there is no abnormality, carry out trial operation with 30%, 60% and 100% of the rated load respectively.
