立体仓库的配套前移式叉车,通常有几个基础适配方向。首先是窄通道适配性,常规立体密集库的通道宽度会比普通平库窄,一般前移式设备的转向半径要控制在合理范围内,才能在通道内顺畅作业。其次是起升高度与承载能力的匹配,要根据仓库货架的实际层高和每层的最大承载重量,选择对应的设备参数,避免超范围使用带来的安全隐患。最后是续航与维护的稳定性,立体仓库作业强度相对较高,搬运设备的续航要能支撑至少一个班次的工作,维护方式也要尽量简单,减少对日常作业的影响。
