作業前檢查

外觀與部件檢查

作業開始前,操作人員需仔細檢查叉車外觀狀態,確認車身無明顯破損、變形,貨叉無裂紋、彎曲情況,輪胎氣壓正常且無磨損過度現象,同時檢查貨叉起升鏈條是否鬆緊適宜,有無鏽蝕或斷裂風險。

電量與功能檢查

查看鋰電剩餘電量顯示,若電量不足需及時安排快充,但需注意避免在電量完全耗盡後再充電。隨後測試叉車的轉向、剎車、貨叉升降等基礎功能,確認各部件響應靈敏,無卡頓或異常聲響。

作業中操作規範

行駛與裝卸操作

起步時需緩慢踩下加速踏板,避免急加速導致貨物移位;行駛過程中保持低速,注意周圍環境,避讓人員與障礙物;裝卸貨物時,需確保貨叉完全插入貨物底部,起升與下降動作平穩,禁止超載作業,貨物高度不得遮擋操作人員視線。

快充作業操作

當需要快充時,需將叉車停靠在通風良好、遠離火源與易燃易爆物品的指定充電區域,關閉叉車電源後,規範連接充電接口,確認連接穩固後再啓動充電程序。充電過程中需留意充電狀態顯示,避免超時充電,充電完成後及時斷開充電接口,整理充電設備。

作業後維護與管理

設備清潔與停放

作業結束後,及時清理叉車上的貨物殘渣與灰塵,尤其是電池周邊區域,防止雜物堆積影響散熱。將叉車停放在指定的平整區域,放下貨叉至地面,拉起手剎,關閉所有電源開關。

電池日常養護

定期檢查鋰電池的外觀與接線端子,確認無鼓包、漏液及鬆動情況,避免電池受到撞擊或暴曬。快充後可適當檢查電池溫度,若溫度過高需待冷卻後再進行下次作業,日常避免頻繁快充,合理規劃作業與充電時間。
