Narrow channel operation adaptation needs to focus on space utilization and operation accuracy. According to the layout characteristics of narrow passages in warehouses, lithium-ion forklifts need to adopt a compact body design to reduce the minimum turning radius and improve steering flexibility in narrow spaces. At the same time, it is equipped with an electronic power steering system to reduce the operation intensity and improve the steering accuracy, which is convenient for picking up and stacking operations in narrow passages. In addition, vision aids can be installed to reduce the blind spot of the operation and avoid the risk of collision caused by narrow space.
Compliance and safety assurance need to be in line with medical storage standards. Medical storage has strict requirements on hygienic conditions and environmental control. Lithium forklifts need to have an easy-to-clean appearance structure to avoid dust accumulation and comply with medical industry hygiene standards. At the same time, it is equipped with perfect safety protection devices, including anti-collision early warning systems, emergency braking devices, etc., to ensure the safety of operators and drug storage. During the operation, the forklift operation needs to avoid interference with the temperature and humidity environment of the warehouse to ensure stable drug storage conditions.
The daily maintenance needs to be adapted to the characteristics of the low temperature environment. In the low temperature environment, the maintenance frequency and content of the lithium battery forklift need to be adjusted in a targeted manner. Regularly check whether the battery surface is frosted and clean it in time to ensure the battery heat dissipation efficiency. Focus on checking the sealing of the hydraulic system to prevent leakage at low temperatures. At the same time, conduct anti-rust inspections on the body metal parts to avoid rust caused by low temperature and high humidity environments and prolong the service life of the equipment.
