Key points of daily maintenance of battery system
Daily use inspection requirements
Before starting the operation each time, you need to check the status of the battery shell to confirm that there are no abnormal traces such as bumping deformation, liquid leakage and heat generation. The charging process needs to match the charging parameters specified by the device to avoid excessive discharge. Replenish power in time when there is about 20% of the power remaining. Keep the charging area ventilated and dry, away from flammable and explosive items, and regularly wipe the dust on the battery surface to avoid foreign objects blocking the heat dissipation hole and affecting the running state.
Long-term storage and maintenance specifications
If the equipment needs to be left unused for more than a week, the battery power should be maintained at 50% to 70%, the total power supply of the whole machine should be disconnected, and the regular power replenishment operation should be completed once a month to avoid irreversible attenuation of battery capacity due to long-term power loss.
Hydraulic system maintenance points
Regular inspection operation
Before each operation, you can repeatedly lift and lower the fork several times without load to observe whether there are stuck or abnormal noises during operation, and check the various interface positions of the hydraulic pipeline one by one to confirm that there are no traces of oil leakage. Daily attention should be paid to the status of the hydraulic oil level to ensure that the liquid level is within the specified range of the scale. When it is lower than the lower limit, add hydraulic oil of the same specification, and do not mix different types of oil.
Regular deep maintenance
For every 200 hours of operation, check the status of the hydraulic filter element and replace the blocked filter element in time to avoid unnecessary wear and tear caused by impurities entering the hydraulic pump. Complete the exhaust operation of the hydraulic system every six months to discharge the excess air mixed in the oil circuit to avoid the problem of unstable lifting of the fork.
The daily maintenance of the two core systems according to the standard can effectively reduce the incidence of equipment failure, prolong the service life of the whole machine, reduce unnecessary operation and maintenance costs, and ensure the smooth development of various storage and handling operations.
