measured background
In order to provide real-world equipment performance reference for warehousing industry practitioners, we conducted field tests on the lifting height and endurance of a 14PS lithium battery stacker in a conventional indoor storage scenario. The test process strictly simulated daily operating conditions, and the weight of the goods met the vehicle's rated load standard.
Measured details of lifting height
During the test, we recorded the lifting height data under no-load and rated load conditions. Under no-load conditions, the maximum lifting height of the vehicle reached the official nominal value. During repeated lifting tests, the height error was controlled within a reasonable range, which could meet the cargo storage requirements of high-level shelves. When the rated load is loaded, the lifting height does not show obvious attenuation, and can stably reach the designated high level to ensure the high-level storage operation efficiency of heavy goods. At the same time, the vehicle has good stability during the lifting process, and there is no shaking or stuck situation, which improves the safety of the operation.
Field verification of battery life
We selected two working conditions of continuous operation and intermittent operation for battery life test. In the room temperature indoor environment, the fully charged vehicle continuously carries out cargo storage and handling operations, and completes multiple standard load handling tasks cumulatively, and the operation time reaches the expected range. Under the intermittent working conditions of alternating standby and operation, the vehicle's battery life performance is equally stable, which can meet the needs of multi-shift operations. During the test, the power consumption is positively correlated with the operation intensity, which is in line with the conventional energy consumption law of lithium battery equipment.
Measured summary and practical suggestions
Through this actual measurement, the lifting height and battery life of this 14PS lithium battery stacker can meet the needs of conventional warehousing operations. For warehousing enterprises, when choosing a stacker, the field test data is more valuable than the nominal parameters. Reasonable planning of the operation process and timely maintenance of the battery in daily operations can further improve the efficiency and battery life of the vehicle.
