The cold chain operating environment is often accompanied by low temperature, high humidity and frequent contact with fresh goods. IP67 protection grade lithium forklifts have become important operating equipment in cold chain logistics due to their excellent waterproof and dustproof performance. In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment, it is necessary to strictly follow the scientific cleaning and maintenance operation specifications.
Daily cleaning operation specification
Appearance cleaning needs to be carried out after the end of the daily operation. Wipe the outer surface of the forklift with a soft dry rag to remove attached water stains, fresh residues and dust. In case of stubborn stains, you can use a neutral detergent to dilute and wipe to avoid damage to the paint surface and sealing structure with highly corrosive detergents.
The battery compartment needs to be cleaned regularly. After opening the battery compartment cover, clean the dust in the compartment with a dry brush to check for any traces of water accumulation. If there is any, dry it with a dry rag in time to prevent the battery components from affecting the performance due to moisture.
Key components need to be cleaned by focusing on the steering mechanism, braking system, and other parts. Special cleaning tools are used to remove oil and debris to ensure that the components operate flexibly. After cleaning, a small amount of special lubricant can be applied to improve smoothness.
Key points of regular maintenance
The inspection of the seals needs to be carried out monthly, and a comprehensive investigation of the door frame seal, battery compartment seal, operation compartment seal and other parts of the forklift is carried out to check whether the seals are cracked, deformed or aging signs. If there is any abnormality, it needs to be replaced in time to maintain the IP67 protection performance.
Battery performance testing is conducted quarterly to check the voltage, capacity, and charging and discharging efficiency of lithium-ion batteries, record the data, and compare the reference value. If there is a performance degradation, timely maintenance measures need to be taken to ensure battery life.
Circuit system maintenance is carried out every six months to check the circuit joints and wiring harnesses of the forklift to ensure that the joints are not loose and the wiring harness is not damaged, to prevent the operation of the equipment due to circuit failures, and to avoid the risk of short circuits caused by humid environments.
Precautions for cleaning and maintenance
Before cleaning and maintenance, it is necessary to cut off the power supply of the forklift to avoid the risk of electric shock; when cleaning in a low temperature environment, it is necessary to restore the equipment to normal temperature in advance to prevent damage to the components due to excessive temperature difference; all cleaning and maintenance operations must follow the requirements of the equipment user manual, and it is strictly forbidden to disassemble key protective components without authorization; if any abnormal problems are found during maintenance, it is necessary to contact professional technicians in time to deal with them, and they must not be repaired at will.
