In the modern storage environment, the high-rise and forward-moving lithium-ion forklift is often used as the core stacking equipment in high-shelf and narrow-channel scenarios. Compared with other types of electric forklifts, it has several outstanding storage adaptability characteristics.
The first is the adaptability of narrow channel operations. The door frame or fork rack of the large-rise and forward-moving lithium-ion forklift can move along the longitudinal direction, and there is no need for too much steering space during operation. Generally, the channel width only needs to meet the distance of about 0.8 meters to 1 meter more than the width of the forked goods, which saves nearly 40% of the channel space compared with the counterweight electric forklift. This feature can help warehouse operators make effective use of the existing site, increase the layout density of high shelves, and improve the overall storage capacity.
The second is the adaptability of the lifting height. The maximum lifting height of most large-rise and forward-moving lithium forklifts can cover common high-rise three-dimensional shelves, and some models can also make reasonable height matching according to the shelf design. During operation, the forward structure allows the goods to be closer to the shelf beam after lifting, reducing the risk of shaking when the goods are placed, and improving the accuracy and safety of stacking.
Then there are the advantages of lithium battery storage operations. Compared with lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries have a shorter charging time, more cycles, and can quickly replenish energy in the charging gap, without the need for booster charging after full discharge like lead-acid batteries, which can support multi-shift continuous operation. At the same time, lithium batteries basically do not produce acid mist during use, and the maintenance frequency is low, which is more suitable for the relatively closed environment of warehousing, and can also reduce the maintenance cost of equipment operation.
In addition, the operation of this type of forklift is also more convenient. Some models are equipped with functions such as electronic steering and lifting operation assistance, which reduce the work intensity of the operator and improve the work efficiency. The turning radius of the vehicle is small, and the U-turn between the shelves and the end of the channel is also more flexible.
It is important to note that when using a large-lift forward-moving lithium-ion forklift, it is necessary to operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures of the equipment, and regularly check and maintain key components such as the door frame, tires, and batteries of the vehicle to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition and ensure the safety of the operation and the service life of the equipment.
