With its high efficiency and environmental protection, the balance heavy lithium forklift has become the core operating equipment in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and other scenarios. Doing a good job in daily basic maintenance can not only prolong the service life of the equipment, but also reduce the risk of failure and ensure the safety of the operation.
The battery system is the core component of the balance heavy lithium battery forklift, and daily maintenance needs to be paid attention to. Check the remaining power before and after operation to avoid long-term power loss or overcharging to prevent affecting the battery cycle life. Regularly clean the battery terminals, remove the surface oxide layer, and ensure that the connection is firm; at the same time check the battery shell for bumping and damage, observe whether the ventilation of the battery compartment is smooth, and avoid long-term operation in high temperature environment.
The walking and steering system directly affects the handling stability of the forklift, and it is necessary to check it daily. Check the tire wear. If the tread is too shallow or cracked, it needs to be replaced in time, and at the same time keep the tire pressure within the standard range. Check the flexibility of the steering mechanism. If there is a jam or abnormal sound when turning the steering wheel, check the cause in time; pay attention to the status of the steering power components to ensure that the steering operation is light and smooth.
The fork and the lifting mechanism are the key to complete the loading and unloading operation of the forklift, and the maintenance cannot be ignored. Regularly check the surface of the fork for deformation, cracks or excessive wear. If there is any abnormality, it needs to be repaired or replaced in time. Check the tightness of the lifting chain, adjust and apply special lubricating oil in a timely manner to reduce the wear of the chain; check the oil volume and cleanliness of the hydraulic oil. If the oil is turbid or insufficient, replace and supplement it in time to ensure the smooth lifting action without cards.
The braking system is related to the safety of the operation, and the daily maintenance needs to be meticulous and in place. Check the thickness of the brake pads. If they wear to the specified lower limit, they need to be replaced in time. Check the brake fluid level to ensure that it is within the standard scale range. If the liquid level is too low, check for leakage. Test the braking effect before daily operation. When pressing the brake pedal, the stroke needs to be moderate. The braking response is sensitive. If the braking deviation or weakness occurs, the machine needs to be stopped immediately for maintenance.
Finally, do a good job of cleaning and maintaining the body and electrical components. Regularly wipe the dust and oil on the surface of the body to prevent corrosive parts; check whether the electrical wiring is aging or damaged to ensure that the wiring is firmly connected; test whether the lights, horns and other auxiliary components are working normally, and check whether the display of the instrument panel is accurate to ensure that the operation status of the equipment is clear and controllable.
