This type of motor uses low temperature resistant grease and sealing materials to maintain good operating performance in low temperature environments. At the same time, the motor shell has stronger cold resistance to prevent cracking problems due to temperature differences.

Anti-sideslip stabilization system
When operating in the narrow channel of the cold storage, the forklift is prone to sideslip due to slippery ground during steering or start-stop, so it is necessary to configure an anti-sideslip stabilization system. The system monitors the driving status of the forklift in real time through sensors. When the sideslip trend is detected, the power output and braking force are automatically adjusted to help the forklift maintain the driving track and reduce the hidden danger of operation safety.

Moisture-proof sealing structure for electrical components
The humidity in the cold storage is high, and water vapor is easy to invade the electrical components of the electric forklift, causing short circuits or failures. Therefore, it is necessary to configure a moisture-proof sealing structure for the electrical components. By installing sealing rubber rings and waterproof shells on the wiring ports, control modules and other parts, the external water vapor is isolated to ensure the stable operation of the electrical system in a humid environment.
Anti-corrosion treatment of metal parts
In a long-term high-humidity and low-temperature environment, the metal parts of electric forklifts are prone to rust, which affects the service life and performance. It is necessary to carry out anti-corrosion treatment on the metal frame and hydraulic parts of the forklift, such as spraying low-temperature anti-corrosion coatings, or using galvanizing, chrome plating and other processes to enhance the corrosion resistance of metal parts and prolong the service life of the equipment.

Fog often appears in the cold storage due to the temperature difference between inside and outside, which affects the driver's field of vision and increases the risk of operation. Equipped with a low temperature vision assistance system, the surrounding environment can be clearly captured in real time through a high definition camera and defogging function, helping the driver accurately judge the situation in the work area and improve the operation accuracy.
Cargo fixture
The goods in the cold storage are mostly fresh and frozen products, which are easy to slide and fall due to the shaking of the forklift. It is very important to configure the cargo fixing device. This kind of device can adjust the fixed range according to the size of the goods, and firmly fix the goods on the fork through anti-skid straps or fixtures to prevent the goods from slipping and damaging or causing safety accidents.
