First of all, complete the pre-test appearance inspection before any formal bearing capacity test. Users should comprehensively check the whole structure of the portable ramp, confirm there is no obvious crack, permanent deformation, weld defect or worn fracture on the load-bearing panel, side stiffeners and bottom support structure, and clean up all sundries attached to the ramp surface that may affect the stress distribution uniformity.
Secondly, implement stepwise load application instead of one-time full load pressing. You can start the test with 70% of the rated maximum load of the matched electric forklift, keep the load for 15 to 20 minutes, observe the stress change of each force bearing point of the ramp, then gradually increase the load to 100% of the actual working maximum load, maintain the load state for no less than 30 minutes, and record the deformation data of all key positions accurately.
Thirdly, carry out actual dynamic simulation test after finishing the static load test. Drive the matched electric forklift to pass the portable ramp back and forth at the normal working speed for no less than 10 times, check the connection firmness between the ramp and the dock or the supporting ground at the same time, confirm no displacement, abnormal noise or obvious irreversible bending after the whole simulation process.
