If the risk level reaches the threshold, the emergency braking system will start quickly. Through the coordination of hydraulic and electronic braking, the forklift will stop smoothly within the shortest distance, and at the same time cut off the power output to prevent secondary risks.
Human-machine interaction and area protection
In order to adapt to the mixed operation scenario of manned and unmanned, the system has set up a complete human-machine interaction protection logic. When the operator approaches or takes over the forklift, the system automatically switches to manual mode to ensure the safe transfer of operation authority. In addition, the regional authority control function can divide the operation restricted area and the safe area. Before the unmanned forklift enters the restricted area, it will automatically trigger an early warning and stop moving to prevent entering the high-risk area.
