The equipment adopts a large-capacity power battery, which can meet the needs of continuous operation for more than 8 hours, and is suitable for storage multi-shift operation mode. At the same time, it is equipped with a fast charging function, which can replenish power in a short time and reduce the waiting time for equipment downtime. The power system has stable output performance, and can maintain a stable driving speed under heavy load to ensure operation efficiency.
Finally, there is the safety protection system configuration. In order to ensure the safety of warehousing operations, this AGV is equipped with multiple safety protection modules. Equipped with laser scanning sensors, it can detect surrounding obstacles in real time, and automatically slow down or stop when approaching people or objects; the body of the equipment is equipped with multiple physical emergency stop buttons, which is convenient for on-site personnel to intervene at any time; in addition, it also has the function of sound and light alarm, which emits prompt signals during operation to remind surrounding personnel to pay attention to avoidance and reduce the safety risk of operation in an all-round way.
