First of all, pre-installation preparation work is the foundation to ensure smooth operation. Operators must cut off the main power supply of the electric forklift completely before starting any operation, to avoid accidental electric shock or circuit damage during subsequent wiring. You need to prepare matched fixing components, insulated wiring tools, and insulating wrapping tapes in advance. It is recommended to select the flat reserved installation position on the outer side of the forklift overhead guard, to avoid blocking the driver's normal operation vision, and make sure the installation position will not interfere with the normal movement of the original lifting and tilting components of the forklift.
Next comes the formal fixing and wiring process. Align the base of the halo warning light with the pre-confirmed installation position, fasten the base with supporting fasteners, and shake the light slightly after fixation to confirm there is no loose or shaking condition. Then connect the light to the low-voltage power supply circuit of the forklift, wrap all wiring joints tightly with insulating tapes, to avoid exposed metal core touching the metal shell of the forklift which may cause short circuit fault.
After finishing the installation, you need to carry out full post-installation debugging work. Restore the power supply of the whole vehicle, turn on the warning light to check the light projection effect, confirm the annular halo can cover 1.5 to 2 meters of ground area around the forklift without obvious dark areas. Keep the light working continuously for 30 minutes, check the surface temperature of the light to make sure there is no overheating, flickering or other abnormal conditions.
