Before starting the replacement operation, please first turn off the main power switch of the forklift, pull out the maintenance lock for power-off confirmation, wait until the surface temperature of the power battery pack drops to room temperature, prepare the fan that matches the original specification, wear insulating gloves, and prepare standard torque wrenches and other common tools, and clean the surrounding operation area to avoid sundries falling into the battery compartment.
In the dismantling process, first remove the protective grille outside the old cooling fan, clean the floating dust accumulated on the surface, disconnect the corresponding wire harness connector of the fan, confirm that there is no residual current in the line, then loosen the fixed screws, take out the old fan completely, check the sealing rubber strip of the installation base, replace the strip in time if there is crack or aging.
During the installation process, align the new cooling fan with the installation position, lock the fixing screws according to the specified torque, insert the wire harness connector back and confirm the buckle is clamped firmly, reset the outer protective grille, then power on the forklift to test the idling state of the fan, confirm there is no abnormal noise and the air volume meets the standard, then run the forklift for 3 to 5 minutes to check whether the thermal management system works normally.
