行驶与堆垛操作。多层货架场景下,行驶和堆垛需遵循特定规范。行驶时,需将货叉降至离地面十到十五厘米的安全高度,门架后倾保持货物稳定,严格按照通道内的行驶方向和限速行驶,转弯时提前减速并观察周围情况,禁止在通道内急停急转或超车;遇到行人或其他车辆时,需提前鸣笛示意并主动避让。堆垛时,需先将叉车停在货架前的指定位置,拉起手刹,挂入空挡;调整门架后倾角度,将货叉缓慢提升至与目标货架层板持平的高度,调整叉车位置使货叉与货架层板对齐;缓慢向前移动门架使货叉完全插入托盘底部,托盘重心需落在货叉的中间位置;然后将托盘和货物缓慢提升至高于目标层板五到十厘米的位置,再次确认货架层板上无杂物、空间足够,调整门架后倾角度使其垂直,缓慢向前移动门架将托盘平稳放置在层板上,确认托盘稳定后缓慢下降并收回货叉,最后将货叉降至安全高度,门架恢复后倾角度,准备下一次作业。

日常维护要点。日常维护可延长前移式锂电叉车的使用寿命,保障作业安全。每次使用后,需清理车身表面、货叉、门架链条上的灰尘和杂物,检查轮胎气压是否正常,将车辆停放在指定的充电或存放区域,拉起手刹,挂入空挡,关闭电源。锂电池充电时,需使用配套的充电设备,在通风良好的环境中进行,禁止在充电区域吸烟或使用明火,充电完成后及时断开电源。每周需检查门架链条的张紧度和润滑情况,必要时进行调整或加注专用润滑剂;检查制动系统的磨损情况,必要时更换刹车片。
