窄巷道行驶前的准备工作

做好充分的行驶与作业准备,是保障窄空间操作安全与效率的基础。首先开展绕车一圈的车身外观与功能部件检查,查看左右实心或充气轮胎的气压是否均衡合理,门架两侧链条的张紧度是否一致,扶手、座椅、刹车踏板等操作部件是否稳固无松动,转向系统转动时是否顺畅无卡顿,前后轮制动系统的反应灵敏度是否符合日常作业标准,后视镜、转向灯、警示灯、倒车蜂鸣器等安全辅助部件是否能正常运行,可将主副后视镜分别调整至能够清晰观察到左右侧通道边缘、后方1米以上区域的状态。

随后进行锂电系统检查,启动前先观察电池外部有无鼓包、漏液等异常迹象,电量显示窗口是否标注有充足的可作业电量,若电量不足30%,建议更换备用电池后再进入窄通道作业,避免因电量不足在通道内停留引发拥堵或安全隐患。启动车辆后,快速查看仪表盘上的电压、电池温度、车辆故障提示等内容,确认所有指标均处于设备说明的正常区间。

最后开展窄通道环境检查,提前确认通道宽度是否与所使用的前移式锂电叉车最小转弯半径及宽度匹配,地面有无积水、油污、散落的包装材料或工具,两侧及上方货架的货物是否码放整齐、无超出货架边缘的情况,通道入口及内部的限高、限宽、限速标识是否清晰可见,通道内是否有临时停放的设备、货物或作业人员,必要时可在通道入口设置临时警示标识,提醒无关人员不要进入。

窄通道内的行驶与对位操作

进入窄通道前,需提前切换至适合窄空间的行驶模式,调整车身方向使车辆与通道入口对齐,平稳缓慢地驶入,行驶过程中要保持车辆居中行驶,车速控制在设备说明的窄通道限速范围内,避免急加速、急刹车或急打方向盘,随时通过后视镜观察后方及两侧情况,若发现通道内有临时情况需及时停车。

到达作业货位前,可提前将货叉降至适当高度,调整门架的前倾后仰角度,使货叉与托盘插孔大致平行,缓慢调整车身位置,让货叉精准对准托盘插孔,对位完成后再次确认门架、车身与货架、货物的安全距离,确保没有刮擦风险。
