electric forklifts are widely used in warehouse, logistics and industrial handling scenarios, and side tip-over is one of the common safety accidents in daily operation. Following standardized safety operation rules can effectively avoid such risks, protect the safety of operators, goods and on-site facilities.
Before starting the operation, operators shall conduct a full safety inspection of the equipment first. Check the tire pressure to keep it within the rated range, confirm the braking system, steering system and lifting structure are in normal state, and check that the pallet load is not beyond the rated capacity of the forklift. Never start operation with hidden faults.
During driving, operators shall slow down in advance before turning, and avoid sharply turning the steering wheel at high speed. For heavy load state, the driving speed shall be reduced to the lowest safe level before entering the turning section. Do not drive transversely on the slope with gradient exceeding the equipment's allowable range, and keep the fork at the lowest safe height when carrying heavy goods, do not move quickly with the fork lifted high.
During loading and unloading, place the goods in the middle of the fork to avoid unbalanced load on one side. Do not adjust the mast to an overly inclined angle when lifting heavy goods. If there is a side tip-over sign during operation, do not jump off the forklift blindly, hold the steering wheel firmly, tilt your body to the opposite direction of the tip-over, and evacuate until the vehicle is completely stable.
