For enterprises that purchase imported electric forklifts, completing a full range of pre-delivery inspection before the vehicle is officially put into operation is a key step to avoid subsequent operation risks and reduce unnecessary maintenance costs. A standardized inspection process can help operators fully grasp the actual status of the vehicle in advance, and eliminate hidden faults that may occur during long-distance transportation.

The first part of the inspection focuses on document and appearance verification. You need to check the completeness of all supporting customs clearance documents, factory operation manuals, and qualification certificates that come with the vehicle first, confirm that the serial number information on the body is completely consistent with the content recorded in the documents, to avoid obstacles for subsequent license processing and daily maintenance. Next, check the appearance of the whole vehicle, confirm that there is no large scratch on the paint surface, no rust at all external connection ports, and all safety warning labels are pasted in the designated position, meeting the basic identification requirements for on-site operation.
The second part of the inspection focuses on the power system test. First, check the outer shell of the on-board power battery, make sure there is no bulge, liquid leakage or physical damage. Then check the distribution of all internal connecting lines, to confirm that the wiring is neat without exposed copper wire or loose joints. After powering on the vehicle, check that all parameters displayed on the battery management system are within the normal range, no abnormal alarm prompts pop up during the full charge and discharge test, the current and voltage remain stable during operation, and the plugging and matching of the charging port can run smoothly.
The third part of the inspection covers driving and operation performance verification. After starting the vehicle, test the response of forward, backward and steering operation in turn, confirm that the braking system works effectively, the braking distance meets the corresponding safety standards, and there is no jamming or deviation during the moving process. Under the condition of rated load, repeatedly test the lifting and tilting actions of the fork, confirm that the operation process is stable without abnormal noise, and all supporting safety devices including lighting, warning buzzer and emergency stop switch can be triggered normally.

The last part of the inspection is compliance adaptation check. Compare the relevant operation specifications of special motor vehicles in domestic factories and yards, confirm that all parameters of the vehicle meet the local operation access requirements, and the necessary safety protection devices are fully configured.
