Many electric forklift operators know that the 36V cooling fan is a key component supporting the normal operation of the vehicle heat dissipation system. Before starting any wiring operation for replacement, you must first cut off the whole vehicle power supply, take out the key from the start switch, and confirm that the power output end of the 36V circuit has no residual voltage after waiting for 3 to 5 minutes, which can avoid accidental electric shock or short circuit of the circuit during the subsequent operation. It is not allowed to carry out wiring operation with electricity even if you are familiar with the basic circuit structure of the electric forklift.
When connecting the new 36V cooling fan, you should first check the positive and negative marks on the fan terminal and the vehicle wiring harness, and confirm that the positive wiring corresponds to the positive power terminal and the negative wiring corresponds to the negative power terminal, which can effectively prevent the reverse rotation of the cooling fan caused by wrong wiring. After the connection is completed, you need to wrap all the exposed wiring joints with insulating tape, and fix the wiring harness with the original cable tie to avoid loose wiring or contact with high temperature components during the subsequent operation of the forklift.
After the wiring work is all finished, you can turn on the low-voltage power of the whole vehicle for a test run, observe whether the fan runs smoothly without abnormal noise, and confirm that the heat dissipation performance meets the normal use requirements.
