首先說無法啓動類故障,這是較常遇到的問題。第一,先檢查電源系統,先觀察電池電量指示器,若電量低於安全閾值,及時充電即可恢復。其次檢查電池接線柱,看是否有鬆動、氧化現象,鬆動的話用工具擰緊螺栓,氧化的話可以用細砂紙輕輕打磨接線柱表面,再用乾淨布擦拭乾淨後重新接好。還要檢查車輛的保險絲盒,找到與啓動電路相關的保險絲,若保險絲熔斷,更換同規格型號的保險絲即可。第二,檢查車輛的安全觸發裝置,部分車型需要完全踩下制動踏板才能啓動,確保制動踏板踩到底,車門或座椅處於觸發狀態再嘗試啓動。

再說說行走無力類故障,這類故障會影響作業效率。第一,還是先檢查電池電量,電量不足不僅會導致無法啓動,也會讓行走動力下降,充電是最直接的解決方式。第二,檢查驅動輪的磨損情況,若驅動輪花紋磨損嚴重甚至磨平,會降低與地面的摩擦力,導致行走無力,此時需要更換磨損的驅動輪。第三,檢查行走電機的碳刷,若碳刷磨損超過警戒線,會影響電機的電流傳輸,導致動力不足,及時更換匹配的碳刷即可。
