作業前準備工作

車輛狀態檢查

作業前需對前移式防爆鋰電叉車進行全面檢查,重點確認防爆部件密封性良好,無破損或鬆動;鋰電電池電量充足,無漏液、鼓包現象;制動系統、轉向系統響應靈敏,貨叉無變形、裂紋,叉齒間距調整適配貨物尺寸。同時檢查燈光、警示裝置是否正常工作,確保車輛處於合規作業狀態。

作業環境排查

提前確認作業區域的通道寬度滿足叉車通行要求,高位貨架結構穩固,無傾斜、鬆動跡象;作業區域照明充足,地面無積水、雜物,避免影響叉車行駛穩定性。若涉及易燃易爆環境,需確認區域內無火源、易燃易爆物品泄露情況,符合防爆作業條件。

人員資質確認

高位貨物搬運實操步驟

駛近待運貨物

調整叉車行駛速度,平穩駛近待運貨物,保持叉車與貨物的距離適中,確保貨叉能順利插入貨物底部。行駛過程中注意觀察周圍環境,避讓其他人員及障礙物。

叉取貨物

緩慢提升貨叉,使叉齒插入貨物底部合適位置,確保貨物重心與叉車叉架中心重合。確認貨叉完全承載貨物後,平穩提升貨叉至離地面約10-20釐米高度,檢查貨物是否穩固,無傾斜、掉落風險。

高位提升與搬運

緩慢操作提升裝置,將貨物提升至目標貨架的對應高度,提升過程中控制速度,避免貨物晃動。到達指定高度後,調整叉車位置,使貨物對準貨架存放位,平穩前移貨叉,將貨物放置到貨架上。

落貨與復位

確認貨物放置穩固後,緩慢降低貨叉,使貨叉與貨物分離。隨後將貨叉復位至最低位置,平穩駛離貨架區域,完成一次高位貨物搬運作業。

作業安全注意事項

速度控制

在高位搬運過程中,叉車行駛速度需嚴格控制,嚴禁快速起步、剎車或轉向,避免貨物因慣性掉落或叉車失穩。

盲區規避
