Product Overview

BYD C70 is a 7-ton large-tonnage lithium-ion balance forklift launched by BYD. Relying on BYD's self-developed blade battery core technology, it replaces traditional fuel-fired heavy-duty forklifts and is suitable for high-intensity operation scenarios such as heavy-duty handling in heavy industry, large-scale warehousing, building materials, steel, and port freight yards. It takes into account strong load, flexible passage, low operating costs, and clean and zero emissions. It is the preferred electric equipment for heavy material transfer.

III. Core product advantages

1. BYD blade lithium battery system, stable and long-lasting, safer

Equipped with the original blade power battery, 307V high voltage and 280Ah large capacity, it can support continuous heavy-duty operations throughout the day, support fast charging and replenishment, and reduce the waiting time for shutdown. The battery has a built-in multiple protective structure, high temperature resistance and extrusion resistance, reducing the hidden dangers of operation safety; the battery cycle life is good, and the depreciation cost for long-term use is controllable. The electric drive of the whole vehicle has no fuel exhaust gas and no oil pollution. It can be used in scenes with environmental requirements such as food processing, pharmaceutical workshops, and closed factories.

2.7 tons of heavy load, stable output under high-intensity operating conditions

The rated standard load is 7 tons. The door frame, fork and body weight are all designed with heavy-duty reinforced structure, and the steel parts are sturdy and durable. The power output is stable during heavy-load lifting, long-distance transfer, and high-rise stacking, and the body shaking amplitude is small. It is suitable for high-frequency handling of heavy materials such as steel, stone, large equipment components, and heavy goods to meet the heavy-load operation needs of factories and logistics yards.

3. Compact body of the same tonnage, flexible turning to improve site utilization

The minimum turning radius is only 3260mm, with excellent steering performance in 7-ton models. Narrow workshop passages, container interiors, and dense cargo spaces can be smoothly turned and stacked, eliminating the need to reserve large operating space, effectively improving the efficiency of warehouse and factory sites. The vehicle's counterweight has been professionally adjusted, and the braking is smooth and the driving stability is good for full-load and no-load driving.

4. Humanized driving design, long-term operation is not easy to fatigue

Open and widened operating cockpit, equipped with shock-absorbing comfortable seats, suitable for long-term continuous operation; the control mechanism has a reasonable layout, and the steering wheel is easy to operate, reducing the driver's physical exertion. The body is equipped with working warning lights, integrated visual instruments, real-time display of battery power, vehicle running status, and fault prompts, and the working status is clear and intuitive; the running noise of the whole vehicle is lower than that of traditional fuel forklifts, optimizing the working environment in the factory.

5. Lower operation and maintenance costs, more economical for long-term use

Pure electric power structure, no need to consume diesel, greatly reducing daily energy consumption expenses; no engine, oil filter, exhaust system and other fuel vehicle consumable accessories, fewer routine maintenance items, and lower maintenance consumables. The vehicle is equipped with an intelligent electronic control system with its own fault self-check function, which can quickly locate equipment problems, shorten downtime for maintenance, and ensure the continuous progress of operations.

6. Full-dimensional safety protection to avoid operational risks

The vehicle is equipped with multiple safety protection mechanisms: ramp anti-skid, load overload protection, battery overcharge and overdischarge protection, emergency power-off switch, and stable braking system; the body weight is balanced, and the heavy load lifting is equipped with an anti-tilt structure to reduce the risk of stacking and dumping; the electrical system is waterproof and dustproof, and the indoor and outdoor conventional factory environment can operate stably.

IV. Applicable industry scenarios

  1. Heavy industry: steel, metal castings, large machinery and equipment parts transfer

  2. Warehousing and logistics: large storage centers, port yards, container handling operations

  3. Building materials industry: stone, pipe, heavy board cargo handling

  4. Cleaner production: food, medicine, cold chain closed workshops (no emission demand conditions)

  5. Manufacturing plant: transfer and stacking of heavy raw materials and finished products

V. Product Summary

BYD's C70 7-ton lithium-ion counterbalance forklift integrates BYD's self-developed blade battery technology with large-tonnage heavy-duty handling requirements, balancing heavy-duty performance, site adaptability, energy conservation and environmental protection with operation and maintenance economy, improving the traditional fuel forklift's high pollution, high fuel consumption, and cumbersome maintenance. It provides stable, worry-free, and low-cost electric handling solutions for all kinds of enterprises with heavy cargo handling needs.
