Before troubleshooting, park the vehicle on a flat and solid level ground, pull the parking brake, fully lower the fork to the ground, turn off the main power switch and unplug the key. Wear insulating protective gloves when battery inspection is involved, and it is strictly forbidden to work on ramps and slippery ground to prevent slippage risks.
Troubleshooting common faults of power system
It cannot start after power on.
First check whether the main switch of the power supply is closed, and check the remaining power after confirmation. If the power is lower than the starting threshold, you need to charge it and then try to start it. If the power is normal, you can wipe the dust accumulated at the touchpoint of the key switch and plug the key tightly again for testing.
Abnormal shortening of battery life
First confirm whether there are working conditions such as long-term full load climbing and low temperature operation to speed up power consumption, which is a normal phenomenon. If the working conditions do not change, you can check whether the charging plug is plugged in place, clean the battery surface dust to improve heat dissipation, and follow-up observation can be done.
Troubleshooting of walking and working mechanisms
Sudden power outage while driving
First confirm whether the overload protection is triggered. Handling overloaded goods will trigger the protection to cut off the power. Unload the goods and wait for a few minutes to reset. If there is no overload, check whether the battery cable is loose after power failure, and plug in the loose interface tightly.
Fork lift powerless
First clean up the sand, debris and other foreign objects stuck in the fork guide rail, and apply an appropriate amount of grease for testing. If there is no foreign body, check whether the hydraulic oil level is in the standard range. When the liquid level is insufficient, add the same type of hydraulic oil to the scale line.
