Preparation before operation is the basis for ensuring safety and efficiency. Operators need to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the stacking truck first to confirm that the power is sufficient, the fork is not deformed and worn, the steering and lifting systems are operating normally, and the braking device is sensitive and reliable. At the same time, confirm the storage environment in advance to ensure that there is no accumulation of sundries in the operation channel, the shelf logo is clear, and the high shelf level is unobstructed to clear obstacles for subsequent operations.
The pick-up operation requires precise operation. The operator drives the stacker into the designated pick-up area, adjusts the body position through the positioning system, and accurately aligns the fork with the bottom pallet of the goods to be picked up. After confirming that the alignment is accurate, slowly lift the fork until it completely lifts the pallet, checks the stability of the goods and the pallet, and avoids tilting and falling off. After confirming that it is correct, withdraw the fork and slowly drive away from the pick-up position. Pay attention to the surrounding environment during the process to avoid collisions.
The alignment of freight and shelves needs to be controlled accurately. When the stacker truck travels to the target shelf area, decelerate in advance, and use the three-way movement function to adjust the angle of the body to keep the body parallel to the shelf channel. Confirm the target level information through the on-board display screen, fine-tune the body position, ensure the accurate alignment of the fork and the shelf storage, strictly control the driving speed, and avoid inertia affecting the alignment accuracy.
Inventory operations need to be smooth and orderly. The operator controls the fork to slowly lift to the target level. After confirming the height match, smoothly extend the fork to deliver the goods to the designated storage space on the shelf. After the goods are placed firmly, take back the fork first, then slowly lower the fork to the initial position, and finally drive the stacker truck slowly away from the shelf area to confirm that the goods are placed in place without deviation.
Post-operation inspection should not be ignored. The operator docks the stacker to the designated area, turns off the power and pulls up the braking device. Then the vehicle is simply cleaned to remove the fork and body surface debris, and records the quantity of goods, operation time and equipment operation of this operation, which is convenient for subsequent storage management and equipment maintenance.
