There are various types of flammable and explosive media in the flammable and explosive workshop of pharmaceutical factories. As the core material handling equipment, the standardized use of explosion-proof lithium forklifts is a key link to ensure the safe operation of the workshop, and the following requirements must be strictly followed.
Before the operation, the operator needs to hold the corresponding qualification certificate to ensure that he has the ability to operate the explosion-proof equipment. Before the operation, a comprehensive inspection of the forklift is required, focusing on confirming that the explosion-proof parts are intact, the battery has no signs of leakage, and the power is sufficient. At the same time, cooperate with the workshop inspection system to confirm that the concentration of flammable and explosive gases is within the safe standard range, clean up the obstacles in the operation channel, and ensure the smooth driving route.
During the operation, the speed of the forklift should be strictly controlled within the specified range of the workshop to avoid sudden acceleration, sudden braking or sharp turns, and to prevent sparks due to mechanical friction. It is forbidden to charge in the workshop. When handling goods, it is necessary to ensure that the goods are stacked stably to avoid collision with workshop pipes, equipment and other facilities. Wear anti-static protective equipment throughout the operation, and it is strictly forbidden to carry tinder or non-explosion-proof electronic equipment into the operation area.
In terms of daily maintenance and management, it is necessary to regularly arrange professionals to test and calibrate the explosion-proof parts of the forklift. Battery maintenance needs to be carried out in a dedicated explosion-proof area. It is forbidden to modify the forklift structure or explosion-proof device without permission. Establish a complete maintenance ledger, record the time and content of each inspection and maintenance in detail, and stop using and reporting for repair immediately if any faults or abnormalities are found. Forklift operations with diseases are strictly prohibited.
Emergency response points should be kept in mind. If forklift failure, gas leakage or other abnormal conditions are found during operation, it is necessary to immediately turn off the engine and stop, quickly evacuate to a safe area and report to the workshop management. In the event of a fire, fire extinguishing equipment suitable for flammable and explosive media should be used for disposal. Do not blindly operate to cause secondary accidents.
