First, the basic product information

This product is an original intelligent charger corresponding to BYD 80V lithium battery forklift, with a rated output of 80V/100A and three-phase AC input. It is a commonly used charging supporting equipment in BYD forklift accessories. The product is suitable for BYD lithium iron phosphate battery system, and can cooperate with the forklift BMS management system to complete the whole process charging control.    With multiple protection mechanisms such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, reverse connection, short circuit, etc., the protection can be automatically started and the fault status can be fed back when abnormal working conditions occur, reducing the risk of equipment and battery damage during charging.
   

4. status visualization
   

   Equipped with a display panel, it can display information such as charging voltage, charging current, battery capacity, charging time, etc. in real time. The fault status corresponds to the code prompt, which is convenient for the operator to intuitively grasp the charging progress and equipment status.
