First, the basic product information

This product is the original specification of BYD lithium forklift charging interface assembly, which is the core connection component of the forklift battery system and charging equipment. It adopts the national standard universal interface specification and is specially developed for the 80V lithium battery forklift power system. It belongs to the conventional BYD forklift parts. The corresponding model can replace the original car with the same specification charging interface to meet the connection requirements of the forklift's daily power replenishment and fast charging scenarios.

   The interface is equipped with a foolproof design and an insulating structure, which can reduce the risk of false insertion and reverse connection, and at the same time block the intrusion of daily dust and splashing water, reducing the hidden dangers of short circuit and leakage during the charging process.

   Developed according to the original size and electrical standards of BYD forklift, the interface pins are defined and the installation holes are consistent with the original specifications, which are suitable for the installation positions of the original vehicle.
