When an electric forklift has a black screen on the dashboard, it is closely related to the abnormality of the controller accessories in most cases. It is necessary to follow a systematic maintenance process to gradually check and avoid blind operation.
First, carry out the basic power supply link investigation. Disconnect the total power supply of the forklift first to ensure the safety of the maintenance operation. Check the power supply line between the instrument panel and the controller to see if the terminals are loose, oxidized or falling off. If any abnormalities are found, re-tighten or clean the terminals. At the same time, check whether the power supply voltage meets the rated standards of the equipment. If the voltage fluctuates too much, check the output stability of the power module to eliminate the black screen problem caused by abnormal power supply.
Secondly, the core components of the focus controller are detected. Open the controller shell, clean up the internal dust and debris, and check whether the capacitors, resistors and other electronic components on the main board are bulging and ablated. Damage to such components may cause signal transmission interruption. Then detect the input and output ports of the controller, use a multimeter to measure the signal value of the port, and determine whether it is within the normal range. If the value is abnormal, further troubleshooting of the corresponding line or component is required.
Then, verify the signal transmission link. Data interaction between the instrument panel and the controller is realized through the signal line, and it is necessary to check whether the signal cable is damaged or bent too much to cause internal disconnection problems. The signal transmission status can be tested with the help of a signal detector. If the signal is interrupted or attenuated seriously, it is necessary to replace the qualified signal cable and recalibrate the signal parameters to ensure smooth data transmission.
Finally, complete the verification operation after the maintenance. Restore all line connections, connect the main power supply, and start the forklift test dashboard to display the status. If the dashboard returns to normal and there is no error prompt, it needs to be run continuously for a period of time to observe the stability; if the fault still exists, it is necessary to re-sort the maintenance process to check whether other related components are missing.
During the entire maintenance process, it is necessary to pay attention to anti-static protection to avoid static damage to the precision electronic components in the controller; at the same time, operate in strict accordance with the equipment operation manual, and do not disassemble components that do not have a clear fault point at will to prevent secondary damage.
