Under low load and short-time operation conditions, the system first activates the low-power natural heat dissipation module. The flowing air enters the interior of the equipment along the preset diversion tank, and takes away the waste heat on the surface of the components through the heat conduction structure, no extra energy consumption of cooling fan will be generated in this process. When the equipment runs continuously under high load and the temperature of core components rises to the preset threshold, the built-in temperature sensor will transmit the real-time data to the central control unit, the system will automatically start the closed liquid cooling loop, the low-temperature coolant flows along the sealed pipeline to take away the excess heat gathered on the surface of the heating components, and the mute cooling fan will be started synchronously to speed up the heat exchange efficiency, so as to stabilize the working temperature of all core components within the reasonable design range.
The whole cooling system operates in a closed-loop intelligent adjustment mode, which can automatically match the corresponding heat dissipation strategy according to the actual working condition, avoid extra energy waste caused by excessive heat dissipation, and effectively reduce the performance attenuation risk of components caused by overheating.
