As the core node of goods transit, the express logistics transfer station has high frequency of goods turnover and large differences in category weight. Efficient handling equipment is the key to ensuring operation efficiency. This paper analyzes the actual operation performance of BYD QX series ground cattle in the transfer station through on-the-spot shooting.
Real shooting records of daily homework scenes
During the morning rush hour, the unloading area of the transfer station is full of packages of different sizes. The staff operates the BYD QX series ground cattle, which can easily transfer tens to hundreds of kilograms of goods from the carriage to the sorting area. As can be seen in the real shot, the ground cattle turn nimbly in the narrow compartment passage without getting stuck or scratching the goods. In the shelf storage area, the ground cattle can smoothly lift the goods to the low shelf. The lift button of the operating handle is responsive, and the staff can complete the loading operation of the goods without excessive physical effort.
The core strengths in the job are reflected
In terms of ease of operation, it was observed in the real shot that the handle of the ground cow conforms to the ergonomic design and is comfortable to hold. Even if the staff operates continuously for more than 2 hours, there is no obvious hand fatigue. The control buttons on the handle are reasonably laid out, and the novice can quickly get started. In terms of scene adaptability, the ground of the transfer station is mostly cement, and there are occasional slight bumps. The tires of the ground cow have good grip, and the driving process remains stable, and the goods do not shake and fall. In terms of battery life, during the real shot, the ground cow worked continuously for nearly 4 hours, and there was no prompt of insufficient power, which can meet the high-frequency operation needs of the transfer station for half a day.
Summary of suitability of transfer station
Combined with the actual shooting, the BYD QX series ground cattle can adapt to the multi-scene operation needs of the express transfer station, whether it is unloading and handling, shelf replenishment or short-distance transfer, it can maintain a stable operation state. Its convenient operation and stable performance can help staff improve handling efficiency and reduce physical consumption.
