The first part is pre-installation inspection. First, confirm that the load-bearing capacity of the electric forklift body matches the parameters of the long fork tines, do not install fork tines that exceed the maximum allowable load extension range specified in the original operation manual. Check the surface of the long fork tines for cracks, deformation and weld defects before installation, confirm that all connecting accessories such as pin shafts and limit clips are complete and free of obvious wear.
The second part is standardized installation operation. When installing, first stably support the forklift body on a flat hard ground, turn off the whole vehicle power supply and pull up the hand brake to avoid accidental sliding of the vehicle. The two long fork tines shall be installed at the same horizontal position, the installation gap shall not exceed the allowable standard range, the limit locking device shall be installed in place, and the locking state shall be checked by gently shaking the fork tines manually after installation.
The third part is post-installation test acceptance. After the installation is completed, no-load test operation shall be carried out first, run the lifting and tilting action of the gantry for no less than 3 times, check whether there is abnormal jamming or abnormal noise during the movement. Then carry out load test with 70% of the rated load, verify the stability of the whole vehicle when lifting the goods to the maximum lifting height, and formal operation can be carried out after confirming that all indexes are normal. In daily use, the connection state of the long fork tines shall be inspected regularly, and hidden dangers shall be eliminated in time to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment and goods in the whole operation process.
